A running chronology of interesting items people have sent me, or other somewhat significant events in the MMM Program in Arizona.
February 1, 2018 - With the 1-year anniversary of the MMM Program in Arizona, the Official Procedure have changed in a few ways, most significantly with an increase in allowed Debtors' Attorney's fees from $1,750 to $2,500. See another post here on this website for a side-by-side comparison of the two documents and an outline of the changes.
October 10, 2017 - The unofficial count is there have been 95 motions filed to participate in the MMM Program. To, date, modification agreements have been reached in 42 of these cases.
July 12, 2017 - The unofficial count is there have been 84 motions filed state-wide to participate in the MMM Program.
June 7, 2017 - Four months into the MMM Program and the unofficial count is there have been 64 Motions filed state-wide.
April 28, 2017 - Three months into the program and the unofficial count is that there have been 53 Motions for the MMM Program filed so far.
March 29, 2017 - We're 8 weeks into the program. The Unofficial Tally of cases in the MMM Program as reported by the Bankruptcy Trustees:
Dianne Kerns: 3 Orders, 10 more debtors' cases "interested"
Russell Brown: 2 Orders, 2 more possible (motions filed)
Edward J. Maney: 3 Orders, 3 more with motions pending
TOTALS: 8 Orders Signed, 12 more pending or possible cases
February 8, 2017 - Rumor is that the first MMM Motion has been filed.
February 1, 2017 - the MMM Program starts in Arizona Bankruptcy Courts.
